Ama cares for everyone including the animals

When someone offers Ama meat to eat
She says, "No thank you that's not my treat."

"I do not eat meat I wish to be strong not weak.
Being a vegetarian is a nicer treat."

Ama does not like cow's milk
This she will not drink

She is a vegetarian not a calf
So offer her no cow's milk

No cheese would Ama eat
She cherishes her bowel ease

She cares not for Swiss or blue cheese
These foods cause hard squeeze

Ama is cute like the little furry mink
She does not care what others think

She does not wear leather shoes
Because it makes her feet stink

No fish would Ama eat
She cares not for seafood

This would spoil her mood
You will not be happy when she is blue

Quickly Ama said, "No thank you, Madam."

Ama is a creature of living Earth partaken not in deadly hurts

From the ground, the dirt came the vital energy of human's birth
So too the birds, the butterflies and other animals of living Earth

Flesh consumption of our time causing stress to go high

Ama is an intellectual little child
