Contest
Poetry,
Short Story, Book Cover Design, Children Book, Cartoon/Comics
The rules are simple. Your design and wording should be of positive encouragements
for humanity even if it's in dark humour poetry or cartoons. It can be
a fantasy or reality based plot. Poets are allowed submission of up to
3 poems costing $3, additional poems will cost $6 per poem with a maximum
of 12 poems per entry. The poetry contest accepts submission of a poem
with a minimum of 21 lines and maximum of 30 lines with the acceptable
typeface of Courier in the size 10-12. Using the same format for Short
Story, except it should be one page at least in length. $3 per page with
a maximum of 3 pages per entry for Cartoon/Comics, the storyboarding should
also be one page in length, as well within acceptable limits forA4 printing.
Book Cover $3 per entry and only one cover concept per contestant. Please
submit a link of recent publication cover or a publication in development.
$9 per entry of Children Book and it should be no greater then 18 pages
of texts and illustrations with one entry per contestant. Winners will
be featured on our web sits as well as part of our publication "Source
Art" and IOTA online magazine. Our current poetry contest theme is
"LOVE" with an open style and electronic submission.
