full-length manuscript on human's chronological behavioural associations
in life. Some of the relating topics of exposit are our daily toilet habits,

Synopsis: A manuscript dedicated to surviving college/university life
with can food as the stable source of dietary sustenance. Being that most
college/university students have limited finance this book highlights
some ingenious and practical practice in having a cheap and balance diet
while maintaining a high grade point average. It's a survivor's guide
to organized institution of higher learning. The highlights are based
on a strict vegetarian eating life style. It also incorporates the principle
of cooking with a wok, a hot plate, electric stove or oven and the usage
of aluminum foil.

as well as an in-depth analysis on food additive, the seasoning of food
and the type of utensils use in storage and cooking of food.
