Books: Tao projects, TAO SHE, HIS TAO, TAO EAT I am not good and I am not bad, I am everything... yet I am nothing. Many will question where I come from, the answer that is most comfortable to me is from a Woman. Everything else is subjective to the egos of men. Still without expressing some chronically facts to satisfy the habitual queries of the many... thus, I am inclined to document my background. I was born in the month of April under the star sign of Aries, on a small yet beautiful island named Jamaica. At the age of six a fundamental question started to burn in my brain... a question that took years of blissful journey, hardship, tears and abuses before it was satisfyingly answered. "Who am I?" With the overstanding of the answers, and pattern of my life I was able to create these Tao projects for you the readers. These three books of poems and illustrations were all accepted by the Museum of Modern Art of New York, and the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture of Harlem in 1997.
