This is part of my continue sharing of learning for the humans living with the colonial identity as a Jamaican. The aspiration I am seeking is deeper senses of self and a control of our marketable identity. In travelling I have experienced routine exploitations under the banner disguise of good will, thematic love, peace, fake justice and unity. For those whom have never ventured beyond the cage, here is a message you should read with care for the knowledge of who and where we came from, the genesis of our core has become a mainstream ploy for financial growth while the Mothers and Children of our bloodlines are starving and dying in the ghettos. This is not right and something must be done to correct this problem of injustice, so we Jamaicans can share as a nation in our financial creativity and prosperity. It's time to nationalise and start taxing the creative norms and social values of Jamaica. Other countries in the new european polis, especially the dutch/germans are stealing our indigenous prosperity rights. Most recent evening; April 16 2004, I took a walk around the township of eindhoven here in the netherlands, I went to several locations of social activities such as pubs and clubs to get a better grasp on what is in my head to write. At one location I met a band, which had just arrived from Hungary, this trio ensemble was made of two lesser-black and one full-black individuals. Their creative release originated from the roots and struggles of full-black people but no one else besides me at this location cared about black music history. Of all the people gathered at this location there were only two full black persons, myself and this other brother. Of course he was too busy to make eye contact or communicate with me. After a short while I left but on notation the location for their performance displayed many flyers for the newest "Jamaica's hottest nightclub" playing Reggae, Soca, Hip-hop and R&B music. This environment I was at, the team of volunteers, management, owners shared in the collective network of dutch financial growth and subsidy hand-outs, so it was ok to advertise for prospective patrons by one of their associative brotherhood. As I continued walking around eindhoven I saw more and more advertisements of the same flyer around town as well as other flyers emphasising Jamaican cultural heritages. There was one I saw which stood out in my head, it had an advertising of the upcoming 2004 dutch queen's day festival. On the scheduling musical exhibition the featuring ensembles were personal known to me, they were exploiters of Jamaican's identity. The cruel imposing of negativity from slavery by the dutch has reduced the Jamaica identity in celebration as a monkey on a string for a person whose country is still maintaining enslavement on the identity of blackness. The institutions of dutch had a share responsibility of seventy-five percent in the slave trade. The dutch owns the intellectual property rights of design on most if not all the slave ships used in the enslavement of indigenous populations around the globe including the ones used by the British to settle Jamaica. In tribute the queen of england, secretly increased the dutch financial stock with gold and other precious gems after her pirate plundered their cousins, the French, the Spaniard and the Portuguese. In the golden age of the dutch printmaking era, the dutch also sold & distributed trade maps. These maps and print-matter further institutionalised hate and despair of inhumane suffering on indigenous populations Worldwide. The dutch impacting abuses on human rights are so great that even today we are still traumatised by their brutalisation. In seeking more and more profits the dutch cruel and evil exploitations grew thus their demon like ego further dissolved the identity of indigenous populations. In modern holland the appealing nature of a wise human is when a dutch person teaching about indigenous cultural heritage. The modern dutch is just as evil as their forefathers & mothers. Actually they are worst, modern incarnate of evil dutch use these words "cultural" and "tolerance" to steal. While moving around eindhoven, I met a couple in brief I learned more about their vibes of tolerance and acceptance. Both were born in South Africa, after university they both went their separate ways in life. Somehow both were reunited while working in Israel, later they got married and have a beautiful baby boy. While standing in conversation their four years old son requested me to sing Sean Paul, Gimmi the light and pass the draw. The best part about this conversation, a member of this union had East Indian roots while the other had roots in England. In their short living in holland they too have witnessed similarity effects from the evil ego of the dutch. On the 2004 dutch queen's day festival, words from Jamaica, like wise the music of Jamaica will be the theme of social interactions and intoxications. There will be hip-hop, break-dancing, roots rock reggae and dancehall explosion/exploitation. In the past I have briefly visited these atmospheres but no more I am able to tolerate these insults any longer, so I don't participate in any way or form in these gatherings. My present at these gatherings is an advertisement of support. If I am in the mood to listen to some nice reggae vibes I only listen to DJ baby Ace at djbabyace.com. My grandmother… rest her soul, she always said birds of feather flock together. This article is to acknowledge the fact of exploitation not supporting the evil ignorance of the dutch. Respect, Blood-cloth, Rasta and Pum-Pum these are some of the wordings of Jamaica that will shoot through the dutch air molecules as dutch nationals intoxicated with legal/tolerance of beer and Ganja/Marijuana. As their haze of ego increases the dutch financial stock, my condolence goes out to the intellectuals, the reformers on charged for marijuana possession in Jamaica. It's a deeply concerning matter, when the current mentality of the ruling body of governmental power in Jamaica sends tributaries to the netherlands while arresting her own citizens and demonised them to be criminals… this is not a balance of justice and should be stopped immediately. In Jamaica there should be no round table on discussion when the governing law in practice towards marijuana is illegal. In this realisation the abuse and arrestment of Jamaican citizens must cease and discontinue. Holland, one of the wealthiest nations on earth is getting wealthier from daily taxing on marijuana. At the dutch queen's day festival there will be police around, in fact the police central is located across from the venue but no one will be arrested for immoral wording or smoking of weed because the dutch are so "liberal". In the hip-hop area there will be as always cursing of Women our Mothers as bitches and whores but again no one will be arrested and charged with immoral conduct, because there is something of an institution called free speech, which seemingly only for the light skinned humans… I call lesser blacks. In their capital city the hague, the dutch have their international world court as instrument of world policy on law and order. The hague is a city with fundamental roots of the wealthy new europeans, the dukes and their royal chambers of wealth stolen from Africa and other indigenous regions around the Globe. The representation of law in the hague is about securing continuation of extorted exploitations to the point of extinctions on all indigenous population. On the current laws of governing international policies of humanity the role of the international court of justice is a sham on the unity of togetherness for justice. Their fundamental is not about justice. Indigenous citizens are being arrested and persecuted as the dutch nationality and the rest of the World rejoice in the social and cultural norms of Jamaica. I have seen too many icons of Jamaica in their dutch coffee shop/Marijuana shop. In living here in holland my mental condition from taxations has reached the point of revolution with only one solution, which is to expose more light on the dutch evil interactions and crimes against humanity. It's a crime to flood other countries with subsidised milk powder and switch the trade laws so it benefits only the dutch and other new european nationalities. While the citizens from these countries are getting fat for life, from their economical evil the rest of the World is suffering, poor people are dying. The chemical alchemy and so-called ecstasy of subsidy fair play are causing medical problems on the poor. It is a crime when the wealthy dutch tourists travel to Jamaica and other indigenous regions of the world unchecked for medical diseases, but we Jamaicans and Africans must undergo expensive medical checks for rights of abode in our ancestral homelands. It's a major crime where all the wars in modern history have fought and humans have died, most are yet to realize the dutch revenue went through the skies. Now the peace place hall of justice in the hague wishes to monitor nuclear weapons as to their illegality on usage. What this group of international lawyers and volunteer activists of legality should be focused on is the repatriations and compensations to all the indigenous people World Wide. Purposely the answer is no, they wish only to cunningly distract the Global mass with potential threat of nuclear weapons as did Bush, Blair and Sharon did with their lies on weapons of mass destruction to conduct an illegal war for their own economical growth. The fundamental on these weapons of mass destruction is to murder/kill and to wipe out any extensive population of disagreeable nationalities. Due to fear on losing wealth, when the time comes the wealthy elites with their arrogant ego of world control will push the buttons to activate their genocidal thoughts. The World court project is seeking to identify issues of morality and breeches of human's civic liberty, as always justice is blind and in many cases muted towards the dehumanising of indigenous identities. What is there to identify when the facts of humanity is covered over with lies deceit and legal accepted murders? In the maritime museum lie the facts, in the accounts of the world banks lie the facts, in the accounts and history of slavery upon the indigenous people lie the facts, and in the accounts of apartheid the systematical assassinations on the identity of blackness lie the facts. The diamond trade, the rubber plantations, the oil fields, in these areas and many more areas of so called fair trade lie the facts of morality breeches on human's civic liberty. The manipulative individuality behind all these concurrent monstrosity actions of evil on humanity most in civilized world do not realize yet is the dutch-ones, the descended germans. So it should not be alarming to learn that in world war one and two the dutch gained huge profits from the misery of the world. Now in repetition the dutch are gaining high profits by Jamaican being in jail for marijuana as well as from the sale of reggae and hip-hop music. The dutch pharmaceutical and industrial chemical sponsorships are very happy. The chief executive offices and lower managements often time out sailing and enjoying the resorts of Jamaica, while her nationals rot away in jail on marijuana charges and Pum-Pum charges. Every Dutch person who I have met has the same liking on Jamaica, sunshine, beaches, rum, loving people and the weed/ganja/marijuana/canibis is the best in the world. In asking why so… the answers are the same again, because it's pure and natural like the beauty of Jamaica. Often, netherlands netherlanders would ask what am I doing here in holland, but some always seem to forget their impacts as well as the evil deeds by their forefather and mothers… so I remind them. When asked if I like it here in holland my answer is no… this time and space is mentally and physically cold, which is due to the evil of dutch nationality and the extended slavery that still exist. Of course I am not the most loved or befriend person in holland. I don't get invitations for performance as a spoken word poet or as a MC. They rather have german/dutch skinheads at peace festival to show fake unity. In research the unity is based on advanced payment to the lesser-black while people like me should accept their offerings on a bottle of beer and promise of fame to performed. Many underestimate my brain capacity so they only see a black man with dreadlocks of whom they wish to exploit. I am a human striving for justice of liberty in life for all, not just for the upper class of society and the subsidy crew. In some way I am happy about the dutch ignorant, because the evil of the dutch sparked a greater desire in me to write and speak out on these issues of concerning living in humanity. While the wars rage on in the Middle East the dutch are at pleasure enjoying life at ease with governmental subsidy from their slavery on humanity. The so-called jewish dutch at large are responsible for wars in the Middle East, evilly they let the rest of world focus on the word America so they can slide by unnoticed. These dutch individuals are the ones controlling the diamond trade in America, Belgium and South Africa. Now they wish to tighten the financial control on the oil flow coming from the Middle East. On the identity of terror on the land the union of nations are formed to further exploit the natural recourses of Mother Earth, while the real villains are sailing the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and Pacific waters in search of hedonism. With subsidy nationalities from the league of new european nations are undermining the intellectual property rights of indigenous cultures. Worst is the acceptance of norms on their abuse of domination by imperialistic laws lying with gun-force and democratic republican ideals. By the denigration of our citizens we increase and support the actions of slavery. Every time when a Jamaican is brought up on charged for Marijuana the enslavement by the dutch system of fair play rejoices. It's just like exulting controlling and manipulations of laws where Jamaica Hope, the achievements of the Jamaican dairy farmers are denied due to fear in losing revenue by the new european league of nations spearheading by the dutch. Not too long ago a dutch one came up to me as I stepped out of my car and about to head to my gate, his face was red and as he came closer I released his drunken happiness. He is now a proud grandfather of a beautiful and handsome baby boy. In his hugging and holding of my arms, he revealed in his happiness that he has been getting subsidy from the dutch government for the past twenty-three years. They pay his rent, he has several cars and he is going on vacation in Spain to relax. The sharp pain in my head did not came for the squeezing of my hands but from the silent cry of the people still suffering the effect of the dutch institution of slavery. I politely departed with a smile and continued on to my writing projects, in hope that one-day it may further the cause of "balancement " of justice in humanity. For far too long now the smoking of marijuana in Jamaica is deem illegal as well as certain dialects of Jamaican's norm in self-expressions are viewed as immoral. Yet these same cultural and social activities from our daily communication are used for commercial and marketable identity by other nationalities. I was once in the mountains of China, where I stopped at a cafe for a bit of refreshment. Upon my entrance to this crowded café I saw a large mural of Bob Marley, immediately the owner approached me and asked if I was a Jamaican. On my reply he was so delighted that he stopped the music that was already playing and changed it to his favourite reggae tune. Later he told me the best time to come back to the village is in the spring festival, because the town people smoke marijuana and there is no problem with the laws. Many may argue that smoking marijuana is bad for your health, this I would not disagree on. The truth in the matter is any form of smoking is unhealthy for the human's lungs. As there is a right to choose with alcoholic drinks and the smoking of cigarette… so too the enforcements on the rights to smoke marijuana must be. This double standard is morally very hypocritical. "Craven A", the Jamaican national brand for cancer stick is psychological tuned for addiction, while the Jamaican rum is pride of the slave masters and product from slavery. Yes smoking marijuana is bad for your health but the fact on the matter there're many positive usages of marijuana that is far greater than the cash crop of tobacco and rum. The Jamaica body in freedom from the chains of slavery is when we reclaim the roots of our identity and tell the world it's time to start paying tax on our creativity. It's time to legalize marijuana or do as the dutch do put a label of legal tolerance on marijuana usage. Sadly, I see this not to be, for the fear of reprisal is great. So the chosen few in the governmental structure of Jamaica wishes the continue abuse on their own people. Like the betrayal of Marcus Mosiah Garvey, Sam Sharpe, Paul Bogle, George William Gordon, Malcom X and Martin Luther King Jr. So too will the continual betrayal of Jamaica identity by Jamaicans, to enrich their masters of new Europe.
