Fall-Winter 99 Turtleneck Silver Skirt
Decarol came to Atlanta in the Fall of 1988 to pursue her degree in Fashion Design at Bauder College. She learned to alter clothing in her first position in the fashion industry as an Alterations Specialist. She has worked in and out of the Fashion Industry for the last 12 years, assisting other clothing designers and creating garments for individuals.
In the last two years she has created her own line of women's clothing, DLR designs, and anticipates creating 4 lines for Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer in the upcoming year.
