The act of living relays greatly on the actions of participation for us humans as well as all other life forms. On the way (Tao) we humans have developed patterns of preconditions acceptances. Through the millions of generations in evolutions our associations of likes and dislikes mature into new patterns on the standard of human's ideal. This book on Chi Tao is a poetic expression on the pattern of energy and the way we humans live.

This publication was inspired by reflections on humanity & my social observations of the places I have lived & travelled.  This journey of living so far has given me many memories, some of bewilderments & pains, others of pleasure. The word Ama is an ancient phonic in the representation of Mothers. In our environments,throughout the epoch of humans living the Mothers  were the ones that gave great nurturing to the plants of life. The objective for our modern living should be a constant vigilant towards prosperous protection of the trees on Mother Earth/our home For without their gas of release we humans would have no oxygen to breath as well as no medicine or food. So please help in protecting our environment of greenery.

His-story have the authorship of the leading males throughout time. In our society the roles of the women have, and still maintained to be a subservient one in the biding of wealth and pride. Our consciousness betrays the subliminal teachings of each era of men in time. It is a fact, not fiction, the individuals with the most conceitedly crimes are men. With men's blood lust for gold and power to rule each other we have polluted our environments, as well as the lineage of life.

All creatures great or small have a basic fundamental desire for nourishment. Human beings are no exceptions, if we do not eat to sustain our life force we die. What we eat to sustain our life force is very important in maintaining a healthy body, likewise a healthy environment. In humans the least toxin free blood flow produces greater use of their brains, thus, produces greater awareness to the flows of life. The consumption if fresh produces greater toxin in humans as well as our environment.

Life is filled with so many mysteries with one constant, our cycle of living is always at change. This book is a desire in sharing a creative bliss as well as a connection to all in hope that it will bring some positive growth. Photos are from a photographic excursions of Hong Kong and China.
